01.  Integrated Marketing

Identified target demographics through surveying email subscribers, resulting in better communication methods and communication vehicle delivery for audience members.

02.  Client Relations

Collaborated closely with the Development and Communications Director to send audience surveys, targeted messages, and develop segmented audiences for future Utah Pride Center marketing campaigns.

03.  Target Market Segmentation

Developed targeted messages and communication materials for each consumer profile as a means to help increase engagement and drive up donations/volunteering.
